Corydon, Iowa.  Lucas Taylor prevailed on a Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of his client.  The issue was whether the state could proceed with a Harassment Third Degree charge based on the minimal facts presented.  The court granted the motion and dismissed the case with prejudice.
